Carry it in, pick a petal

This is the real app, recorded frame by frame: a 398 KB photo becomes a 35 KB AVIF, 91% smaller.

Three ways in

Morph is always one move away. No window to find, no menu to dig through.

WinAltF

The shortcut

Opens Morph right under your pointer, from anywhere. Settings records any combination you like.

Space

Space while dragging

Dragging files in Explorer? Tap Space and Morph pops up under them. Drop on Morph, or straight on a petal.

Right-click

"Convert with SweaxMorph" on any file, and in Send to. Ten files selected arrive together.

Everything converts

Where no single tool can do it, SweaxMorph plans a route: PowerPoint → PDF → PNG, Pages → DOCX → EPUB.

Small inside, strong engines

Most conversions run inside SweaxMorph. Big engines are used where they are best, and nothing is ever uploaded.

A closer look

Morph takes the colour of what it holds. Typing opens the whole garden of formats.

A photo: the formats it can become bloom around Morph

Questions

Does it upload my files?

No. Everything happens on your PC. The only download is FFmpeg, Pandoc or 7-Zip, once, from their official releases, the first time a conversion needs them.

Why isn't it in the new Windows 11 menu?

That menu only accepts packaged, signed apps. SweaxMorph adds a classic entry, which Windows 11 shows under "Show more options" (Shift + F10). The shortcut and Space-while-dragging are usually faster anyway.

Do I need Office?

No. Office is used when it is there because it is the most faithful. Without it, LibreOffice or Pandoc do the job, and most kinds of files never need either.

Will it overwrite my files?

Never. Results go next to the original as "name (2).ext" when the name is taken, or to the Desktop or a folder you choose.

Is it free?

Yes, and open source under the MIT license.
